HR Administrator
Requirements:
- 1-3 years Generalist HR experience, ideally in a complex, multinational organization
- University degree in Human Resources/Business Administration or similar
- Knowledge of principles and practices in HR administration
- Very good command of English and Polish, both speaking and writing
- Proven track of Partnership building experience (building effective relationships with managers, employees and HR, consulting, effective communication)
- Advanced MS Office skills
- High customer orientation & results achievement with strong business acumen
Additional foreign language skills will be a plus (NORWEGIAN / SWEDISH / FINNISH)
Main responsibilities:
- Obtain and validate necessary employee data for onboarding
- Validation of Medical Checks and file
- Complete employee Work Books, as required
- Facilitation of immigration data required for the application of the visa/work permit process in partnership with the third party
- Benefits administration
- Managing processes related to employees leave and absence
- Supporting Local Compliance by collating data and preparing reports if required
- Provide local presence with administration expertise for a variety of programs conceived and driven by HR
