For our Client, well recognized company located in Kraków, we are currently looking for a person interested in the role of Holds and Admin Manager.
Your new role
Holding this position you will carry out records and data retention management activities ensuring records and data retention practices comply with regulations of all geographies under remit, provide support for the implementation of Client records, provide support in implementing sustainable operating models for records and data retention activities as well as support the management, monitoring and mitigation of operational risk in the field of records and data retention management. Moreover, your duties will also include undertaking a leadership role in the ongoing communication and ownership of governance reporting and delivering MI reporting on time and to required standards.
What you'll need to succeed
As a successful Candidate you need to possess higher education as well as 2-5 years of records management experience and data governance, with ability to demonstrate successful leadership of complex projects. Strong Excel skills are also required from you. The Candidate should demonstrate strong communication and influencing skills. Very good English is a must.
