Our client is an international IT services company, who builds, integrates and supports applications and infrastructures for business and government. We are currently looking for Candidates for a position of:

Helpdesk IT Support with fluent English

Location: Poznań

Main responsibilities:
• providing consultation, support, and training to clients of computer or other technology-based systems
• interacting with a broad range of clients in order to provide a high level technical support to clients
• providing both routine and non-routine support for a broad range of information related

Requirements:
• Fluent English
• Experience in a Helpdesk environment, minimum 1 year
• Excellent communication and Customer Services skills
• University Degree in IT/ similar or or studies in progress
• Strong motivation
