Head of Sourcing Office
We are currently looking to employ a Sourcing Manager that will set up an office in Warsaw and become an Office Head managing Finance, Sourcing, Quality, CSR and Supply Chain functions in the coming 12 months. The candidate should have a primary experience within sourcing and should be willing to engage with suppliers and combine sourcing activities with managing the office.

Our Client is a recognized international non-food retail company headquartered in Scandinavia. Currently thanks to its constantly growing presence worldwide, they decided to set up a European sourcing office in Warsaw, Poland.
Description
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies in previously defined category groups
-
Manage Vendor Buying Agreements and commercial conditions with suppliers based in CEE region
-
Drive continuous improvement in purchasing procedures to achieve best organizational efficiency

Build and manage teams in the following areas: finance, sourcing, quality, CSR and supply chain

Manage cross-functional projects involving sourcing offices based in Asia

Develop common ranges and private labels for all company's retail brands

Work internationally directly with other sourcing offices and HQ based in Scandinavia
Profile
-
Master Degree in Economics, Supply Chain or relevant

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in sourcing in retail industry

Minimum 3 years of professional experience managing a team

Demonstrated track record of identifying process improvements in planning, logistics and purchasing area

Strong customer mind set, stakeholder insight and relation building ability

Very good organizations and communications skills

Fluency in English
