We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client's behalf for a person in the following role:


Head of Resource Practice

Location: Kraków



Key Accountabilities:

Develop a step change in the overall operational performance (skills, service levels, cost and efficiency and delivery partner satisfaction), through the successful deployment of professional change practices

Translates business/function priorities and resource requests and plans into short through to long term resource deployment, recruitment and training plans

Influence and collaborate with internal stakeholders / Delivery Directors / Global PMO, building strong relationships to ensure consensus and influence change outcomes. Fosters open and honest communication which anticipates stakeholder expectations

Support country and regional leadership in managing and leading change in region/country through effective resource up-skilling and deployment

Ensure deployment of standardized change methodologies and processes, working across the global community for best practice sharing

Resource effectively and run professional practices, monitor and report on the programmes and intervene when programmes go off track

Ensure all agreed costs, quality and delivery commitments to stakeholders by priority market teams are met.

Proactively monitor areas of concern and risks across the teams and provide recommendation to mitigate them to ensure SLAs of delivery are met

Build a new culture of collaboration between teams, sharing good change ideas and ensuring work is recognised as best in class in leading business change

Develop resource practices to ensure priority programmes have sufficient resources, where the approach and solutions are consistent across regions

Promote a positive work culture based on respect for people, integrity of actions, creativity and collaboration leading to increased productivity




Outstanding knowledge functionally, operationally and financially

Strong background in people management and development in a change environment

Proven experience of positive, challenging interactions with Senior Executives across the group

Proven ability in working across multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural diverse work environments

Strong analytical background and proven ability in analytical rigor, including being able to contextualise data into business activities and conclusions

Proven ability in successfully designing and implementing large-scale, complex global / regional change initiatives

Evidence of successfully managing financial plans and cost centre management

Successful experience in developing and retaining critical talent and building an effective leadership team

Wide experience in business transformation roles in a matrix environment

Outstanding organizational and planning skills in order to cope with multiple large-scale responsibilities

Understanding of the skills and capabilities required by successful change personnel at various levels

Interpersonal skills, including the ability to articulate the case for investments and alternatives in the language of business

Master’s degree (e.g. MBA) in related field or commensurate practical experience

Good working knowledge of functional area in an operational or consulting capacity

Demonstrated ability to create and drive large-scale programmatic change in large organizations
