For our Client, well-known international company located in Krakow, we are currently looking for a person interested in the position of a Head of IT Infrastructure.
Your new role
Holding this role you will be responsible for planning, mobilizing, controlling and directing projects of high complexity and scale. Your role will involve Project/Program Management, monitoring the Project/product Lifecycle, quality management and team management. You will be directly supporting Global CIO strategy implementation and execution as well deployment and implementation of DevOps and Agile ways of working with projects/programs run for the region. As a Head of Infrastructure you will be also working closely with and managing relationship key stakeholders.
What you'll need to succeed
As a successful Candidate you need to possess excellent understanding of technology, architecture, project management methodologies, best practices and techniques. Quality and Service Management knowledge (Change Management, Problem and Incident Management, Configuration management,…) is also required from you. As a future Head of Infrastructure you must have comprehensive IT knowledge of banking activities and have previous experience in project control. The ability of identifying and developing leaders and high performers in the business unit as well as ensuring optimum utilization of resources will be also one of your duties. Very good English is a must.
