For our client, international banking company located in Krakow, we are looking for a Head of Governance Cryptography.
Your new role
Working on that position you will define and implement an industry-leading Cybersecurity Service. You will deliver governance, audit, compliance and regulatory requirements, MI/reporting; and management of all Cryptography standards. Moreover, you will build and manage a team which supports the Cybersecurity (Cryptography) model, as well as, you will manage regional relationships and collaborate with Global and Regional representatives of Technology to implement the team's goals within entity policy. Additionally, you will build plans and budgets for respective team and contribute to employees' professional development.
What you'll need to succeed
An ideal Candidate for that position have got experience in Audit, Governance and Compliance issues, including dealing with Internal and External auditors. What is more, we are looking for people who has experience in monitoring, reporting and identifying progress on projects. Knowledge of cryptography would be desirable. Head of Cryptography should have proven leadership and people management skills. You should be knowledgeable about business needs, the businesses of competitors and emerging trends in the industry landscape.
