Description
Review and drive improvements in cash management, ensuring financial obligations are met in accordance with Group policies and procedures
Ensure the delivery of accurate forecasting, budgeting and reporting of actual results as well as management information and performance indicators
Responsible for cash management optimization both at Group holding companies and across its subsidiaries
Direct cash management operations of Group holding companies
Act as counsel to the business beyond the financial aspects
Maintain strong relationships with banks and public authorities
Provide required documentation and share expertise with internal / external auditors
Manage, train and coach other employees who are associated with accountancy related issues and duties
Profile
University degree required with specialization in Finance/Accounting preferred
Minimum 10 years of experience responsible for financial management in multinational company
Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Strong ability to implement change in complex multinational environment
Self -driven individual with ability to work independently
Fluent English is required
Professional certification such as ACCA/CIMA is an asset.
