Description
- Define and promote Supply Planning best practices within Organization
Implement and Manage Inventory Supply Chain activity within Europe while balancing Service Level and Cost Targets
Monitor, improve and automate Order Desk activities
Ensure right level of Supply while balancing Cash, Cost and Service Level
Lead Supply Planning activity for production centers
Implement Network Optimization process aim to increase service level and reduce transportation cost
Optimize loading of Intercompany Freight Transport and expand Freight Control Tower utilization within Group
Support deployment of S&OP implementation - at all level of the hierarchy in Europe
Selects, Train and Lead Planning team members
Lead and support key project and crisis management activities within Supply Chain
Define and implement World Class Planning processes based on available ERP
Promote Best-In-Class Continuous Improvement in the area of Planning and Inventory Management
Measure Planning cost versus previous year and Budget for direct and indirect reports
Prepare Budget for the Supply Chain business assigned to him
Lead Supply Planning analysis and cross-region coordination meeting for main manufacturing sites
Animates and monitors Supply Planning action plan in line with Division Executive S&OP priorities and decisions
Participates in local pre-S&OP meeting by delivering appropriate analysis to understand successes and underperformances
Profile
Minimum 10 years of working experience in supply planning processes, standardization, implementation and improvement
Experience in Supply Chain Management in regional structures
Experience on Network Optimization process implementation
Lean methodology, greenbelt certification would be an advantage
Fluent English language skills
Knowledge and experience with SAP
Leadership experience
Problem solving & decision making skills
