Global Process Owner OtC

Opis stanowiska pracy

For our international client, we are looking for a Global Process Owner who will take responsibility for the OtC process. Which will run innovation activities that will help the organization be more effective and modern for the customer.

Responsibilities 

• Understand Customer needs to align End-to-End process optimization.

• Drive End-to-End process standardization in the Order-to-Cash process, aligning best practices of the three global super regions.
• Lead Continuous Improvement efforts to optimize the End-to-End  process, that delivers the best cost while simultaneously delivering the best Customer Experience.
• Develop business cases for RPA and Third-Party Automation that deliver Efficiency, Effectiveness, and Customer Experience.
• Champion automation introduction, leading the ecosystem for Order-to-Cash automation.
• Accountable for defining the optimized 39Supply39 (Staffing Level) to meet the current and planned 39Demand39.
• Collaborate across all organizations engaged in the Finance, Global Operations, and Commercial process to deliver Business Objectives.

Requirements: 

• University degree - preferred in: Management, Industrial Engineering, and Supply Chain. 
• Minimum 5 years of experience in OtC. 
• Six-Sigma Green Belt, Black Belt will be a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, Polish and English required, other European languages a plus.
• Project Management skills with demonstrated results delivery.
• Demonstrated results delivery in a Matrix Structure.
• Previous experience in the SSC or BPO environment.
• Working knowledge of SAP and Service Max. 
• Willingness to business travel.
• Ability to work well under pressure with a high degree of accuracy.
