Global Planning Specialist
The person on this position will be responsible for maintaining stock levels to ensure the business runs smoothly, performing routine stock inspections, tracking market changes, and ensuring inventory levels are financially feasible.

Description
- Execute global supply and distribution planning processes for dedicated product lines across multiple plants and distribution nodes
- Contribute to the annual budgeting and monthly projections for assigned scope of product families
- Responsible for identification and creation of new critical resources
- Balance strategic stocking with inventory control at the optimum level
- Evaluate and respond to demand plan change requests within the demand time fence
- Analyse large quantities of data to help the Supply Chain team and other parts of the organisation make decisions that drive value
- Design clear, impactful metrics and reports that will help drive our business
- Coordinate resolution of exceptions within the demand time fence
- Enhance operational performance, procedures, and current processes developing efficiency to a high level,
- Improve delivery performance and excellent Customer Experience
Profile
- Higher Education in Supply Chain /Logistics / Operations / Industrial Engineering Systems or other related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain, project management, planning, or similar
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures required
- Realisation of all aspects of material management, supply planning, and delivery highly preferred
- Ability to apply continuous process improvement
- Excellent problem-solving, analytic and communication skills is high priority
- Team player with good communication skills
- Fluent in English both written and spoken is a must
- An additional certification (in Supply Chain area) will be a plus
