For our Client, global pharmaceutical company, we are looking to recruit an experienced Global Multichannel Campaign Service Lead who will be responsible for managing the Campaign Delivery Service across all channels and for all markets.

Our Client is a global pharmaceutical company, one of the most recognizable organizations in the industry and a valued employer. Currently, to its global Digital Solutions Center in Warsaw, our Client seeks to recruit an experienced Global Multichannel Campaign Service Lead who will be responsible for managing the Campaign Delivery Service across all channels and for all markets. The successful candidate will not only have vast experience in creating and implementing multichannel campaign strategies on international level, but also have strong communication and commercialization skills to drive adoption of campaign management service across the globe.

Description

  • Manage Multichannel Campaign Management Service offerings and lifecycle
  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert in the Campaign Management Service and a single point of contact for any questions related to the service
  • Develop and optimize a service catalogue for all campaign tiers, develop cost models and determine internal pricing of services offerings, create and maintain documentation on offerings so that the brand team can understand the benefits of the services and can select the relevant option or tier for their business needs

  • Evangelize the benefits of the Global Campaign Management Service to global business Partners, as well as Brand and Marketing teams
  • Work with the Global team of Business Partners to constantly educate them on the service offerings as well as to understand business needs and adjust the service accordingly, conduct periodic education sessions to raise awareness of our offerings and capabilities

  • Create and own a campaign calendar
  • Develop and deliver valuable new service offerings, gather requirements and help marketing teams prioritize them, drive projects to successfully implement new
  • Develop strong relationship with the Campaign Management Solution Leader and the team to understand how to best use existing capabilities and make suggestions for the future based on the needs of the markers
  • Manage and develop relationship with the vendors, work with Procurement to reassess the competitiveness of the current contract and evaluate other vendors for the future
  • Set innovation agenda - drive Campaign Management Service offering roadmap, propose new pilots and manage their outcomes, maintain awareness of industry best practices and communicates them to Business Partners and Brand teams
  • Monitor the use of the solutions and technology to ensure we are maximizing our investments, provide a monthly update on service adoption across countries

Profile

  • Keen understanding of multichannel and closed loop marketing concepts from both technical and business perspective

  • 3+ years of experience with enterprise campaign management tools, experience with Adobe Campaign Manager will be an advantage
  • 3+ years of experience with e-mail marketing services: In-depth and hands-on experience from both a business user and technical perspective
  • 5+ years of experience owning regional and global services in the digital Space, including client management, commercialization and service roadmap development that satisfies multiple diverse business units

  • 5+ years of experience in driving global organizations in the digital space or global Shared Services
  • Ability to work in a global environment, including the ability to maintain global relationships and understand different business models that may vary by region and business unit

  • Ability to map business requirements to technical and functional requirements
  • Master's Degree is required
  • Fluency in English
