Tasks:

• Lead the end-to-end sourcing process for major contracts, including identification, evaluation, and selection of suppliers
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with organizational goals and market trends
• Negotiate terms, prices, and contractual conditions to secure optimal agreements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of sourcing activities with business needs
• Manage supplier relationships to ensure compliance, performance, and continuous improvement
• Monitor market developments and industry best practices to maintain competitive advantage
• Prepare and present reports on sourcing activities, contract status, and risk assessments to senior management
• Ensure all sourcing activities adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements

Required skills and qualifications:

• Proven experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or contract management
• Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in market research and data analysis tools
• Knowledge of legal and regulatory aspects related to contract management
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus
• Relevant certifications such as CPSM, CIPS, or equivalent are desirable
• Technical skills including MS Office Suite, procurement software, and data management systems
