Currently, we are supporting one of our Clients in expanding their footprint globally and developing the HR structures by building new team in Krakow. We are looking for experienced senior manager / director to take the role of Head of Recruitment / Global Process Owner and shape the structures in Krakow.

Currently, we are supporting one of our Clients in expanding their footprint globally and developing the HR structures by building new team in Krakow. We are looking for experienced senior manager / director to take the role of Head of Recruitment / Global Process Owner and shape the structures in Krakow.
On this position you will be mostly responsible for:
- Design the processes and shape the strategy of the HR Recruitment processes globally, set KPIs and other metrics
- Team Management – leading recruitment managers and their teams, developing their potential and building a collaborative working culture
- Employer branding – building the strategy for local markets and advise on the local capabilities, working closely with marketing teams and external vendors, managing the marketing campaigns
- Recommend ways to improve processes – with focus on the digital transformation and new tools implementation
- Project management and closely working with various internal stakeholders, external partners and international teams
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Recruitment / Talent Acquisition Manager/Director or similar role
- Demonstrable experience managing full-cycle recruiting and employer branding initiatives
- Solid understanding of recruitment processes and environment
- Good team-management skills – preferably with experience in leading international teams
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster long-term relationships (with internal teams, external partners and candidates)
- BSc/MSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field would be desirable
- Fluent English skills
