For our Client, an internationally recognised company based in Cracow we are looking for Global Head of IAM.
Your new role
Working on this position you will be responsible for providing strong leadership and consultation on all aspects of IAM Monitoring and Control required to meet the Access Management standards. Moreover, your duties will cover implementation of Monitoring and Controls across all company Systems/Applications must be risk based. The highest priority must be given to all systems/applications based upon the risk rating of the application defined within the centralised repository (EIM at the time of this writing). Your scope of duties will also consist of privileged Access controls and account management requirements. This can include IT environment support accounts, system accounts and business administration accounts. Additionally, you will be in charge of support and enhance the IAM Monitoring and Control Automation Initiative and working closely with al key stakeholders such as Cyber Security and other teams to deliver the desired outcomes. On a daily basis you will manage a portfolio of programmes as required by the job role, providing guidance to team managing team performance and development.
What you'll need to succeed
To be an ideal candidate you need to hold experience of implementing and embedding Identity and Access Management controls within applications, databases and platforms. Moreover, you need to possess experience of leading a global team with headcount ranging between 50 to 100 staff (min 10 years of people leadership experience). We are looking for candidates with ability to manage stakeholder expectations in multiple countries which includes managing key audits by both internal and external audit functions and experience of leading teams from multiple locations. The company is searching for candidates with experience of Privileged Access controls desirably across the following platforms; Unix, Windows, SQL and Oracle, knowledge and understanding of RPA would be desirable. An adequate candidate should hold broad understanding of the overall Cyber Security function and being able to consider this in line with business risk appetite. Fluent English is a must.
