For our Client, the FMCG producer, we are looking for Global Distribution & Inventory Specialist.
On the daily basis, you will be responsible for risk prevention of out of stock, optimization of the supplies to respect the objectives stock within local and international warehouses.Moreover, the Candidate will review Inventory At Risk records for Poland and ensure specific actions are in place to minimise the risk, and to ensure the record and KPI is risked appropriately. Furthermore, you will support Supply Planning & plants’ teams with analysis and information to support coordination of Inventory At Risk review sessions for Business Units or plants.
Apart from inventory analysis duties, you will take care of distribution process of components (raw materials and packaging) or finished products in the concerned sites.Additionally, the person selected for this role will manage the complexity of the imports and the exports of materials and by guaranteeing their traceability. On a daily basis, you will create ad hoc reports and data as requested by internal customers across the business and provide analysis to the business (operation, commercial, quality) on root cause analysis, statistical frequency.
We are looking for Candidates with experience in supply chain management, preferably with expertise within distribution or/and inventory planning.Due to global reporting, the selected Candidate should speak English at least on B2 level.
