GLCM Digital E-banking Specialist with Hebrew/German/French

Miejsce pracy: Kraków

Responsibilities:
Lead an open, professional written and oral communication with the customers, stakeholders and internal teams aiming to resolve even challenging inquiries to customers satisfaction in line with the guidelines set. Demonstrate knowledge of features, benefits and procedures.
Build professional, trusted relationships and supportive work environment with colleagues in all areas.
Ensure that the productivity and quality levels are achieved as per the standards set for the process.
Proactively identify issues and possible improvements and escalate the same.
Resolve customer queries received via phone/Email in a professional, timely and accurate way.
Process customer instructions accurately to achieve agreed quality standards and targets on all the processes worked
Swift and clear communication to the stakeholder.
All data requirements (timesheets, leave requests, absence requests and ad hoc process information) is completed and updated in a timely manner.
Ensuring swift and smooth customer queries solving in line with procedures and deadlines set.
Supporting in maintaining operational risk and internal standards, including the timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by
external regulators adhere to local law compliance as well

Requirements:
Fluency in English and French/German
Computer and online proficiency.
Banking and/or payments knowledge.
Ability to learn quickly, retain and transfer knowledge appropriately.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with local and global team.
Enthusiastic team player, capable of demonstrating initiative, self-motivation and willingness to learn.
Proven track record of strong focus towards high levels of Quality and Customer Service.
Earlier work experience is preferred but not essential.
Ability to write business Emails and reports.
Ability to understand and interpret numeric data.
High interpersonal skills and an open, team-player attitude.
