For our Client, one of the SSC located near Cracow city center we are currently looking for General Ledger Team Leader .
You will be responsible for:
- Managing the work of the team R2R
- Quality and efficiency of work the team
- Supervisor accounting operations in R2R (General Accounting, Fixed Assets, Balance Sheet etc.) with high quality and efficiency (daily and Month End Close activities)
- Creating accounting analyses and reports based on US GAAP
- Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial reports
- Implementation, monitoring and improvement of General Ledger and Reporting processes
- Organizing regular meetings, one to one meetings
- Act as a Subject-Matter Expert for the team
- Proactively monitor and operate a robust SOX
- Building strong relationship with key stakeholders
- Close cooperate with RTR Process Manager
We are looking for:
- Strong accounting background and deep understanding of RTR processes
- A minimum 3 years of experience in managing RTR teams
- Previous experience in a Shared Services Company/BPO is a plus
- Well-developed management and leadership skills
- Excellent analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
- Good knowledge of SAP
- Fluency in English
