Currently, as the local financial structures are growing, we are looking for experienced Financial Leader - GL Professional who will lead accounting team working for European entity.
On this position you will be responsible for team coordination including motivating, performance monitoring as well as workload management where you will create an environment based on trust, open communication and collaboration. You will be also acting as Subject Matter Expert for accounting part - especially advisory for financial reporting, period end closing, VAT declarations. You will impact the processes and advise on any process improvements and process optimization.
We are looking for experienced General Ledger / Financial Team Leader with the knowledge of General Ledger / Record to Report processes. You need to speak good English as well. Previous experience in team management is also required and experience in working with SAP is also desirable.
Successful Candidate will be offered the possibility to take up leadership role where you can impact the development of General Ledger processes and shape the structures locally .
