Responsibilities:
- Uploading and processing bank statements
- Posting cash reports from stores and reconciling daily sales
- Performing journal entry processing
- Reconciling dedicated GL accounts, explaining and resolving unrecognized items/balances
- Ensuring month-end processes are completed accurately and according to month and year end closing schedule
- Preparing regular and ad hoc reports
- Communicating with clients on a regular basis
- Ensuring that developed KPIs and SLAs are continuously met
Requirements:
- University degree (Accounting or Finance preferred) or equivalent education
- Minimum 2 (or 4 for Senior) years of work experience in accounting
- English (B2)
- Very good MS Excel knowledge
- Analytical skills and good problem solving (attention to details)
Nice to have:
- Very good spoken & written French or Romanian (considered an asset)
- Knowledge of SAP accounting system (considered an asset)
