For our international client, who opens a new location in Krakow and operates in the financial industry, we are looking for a person for the position Fund Trading Agent.
WHAT YOU WILL BE REPONSIBLE FOR:
- Processing of Client instructions (subscriptions, redemptions, switches) according to cut-off;
- Ensuring good receipt from the Transfer Agent (TA);
- Following and resolving all order exceptions (rejection, cancellation, …);
- Following-up on pending instructions and requesting CN if necessary;
- Matching and booking instructions with contract note received;
- Exchanging communication in a professional and efficient manner with other branches and departments, ensuring to always maintain top level service.
The Fund Trading Agent displays effective trading process management skills and understands the risks inherent to these activities and thus controls the trading flows, follows the process validation steps and accuracy checks.
WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU:
- Previous experience in the Fund Dealing or Transfer Agency area;
- Good written and spoken English;
- Highly organized and can work within tight deadlines;
- Strong team player and can communicate at all levels in / outside the organization;
- Reliable, flexible, pro-active and dynamic;
- Good knowledge of MS Office products;
- University degree in Finance or similar would be beneficial.
