- Following-up on pending instructions and requesting CN if necessary
- Matching and booking instructions with contract note received
- Processing of Client instructions (subscriptions, redemptions, switches) according to cut-off
- Following and resolving all order exceptions (rejection, cancellation)
Requirements:
- Experience in the Fund Dealing and Transfer Agency
- English - C1
- Microsoft Office products - very good
- Highly organised, reliable, flexible
