Currently, we are supporting one of our Clients in expanding their footprint internationally and developing the Fund Accounting structures. We are looking for experienced supervisor / leader to take the role of Fund Accounting Team Manager and shape the structures in Krakow.
On this position you will be mostly responsible for:

Currently, we are supporting one of our Clients in expanding their footprint internationally and developing the Fund Accounting structures. We are looking for experienced supervisor / leader to take the role of Fund Accounting Team Manager and shape the structures in Krakow.
On this position you will be mostly responsible for:
- Processing and resolving complaints with the custodians, asset managers and internal units; handling escalations
- Support in processing new fund projects and implementing new products;
- Team Management – leading team of Fund Accountants. The team is responsible for comprehensive processing and accounting of securities transactions, loans, securities lending transactions as well as call and time deposits;
- Recommend ways to improve processes and increase the efficiency
- Project management and closely working with various internal stakeholders, external partners and international teams
Requirements:
- Proven work experience in Fund Accounting together with experience in supervising team
- Knowledge of different investment products / finance instruments
- Previous experience with Asset Managers, different contracting parties, brokers, third party banks, payment agents, etc.;
- Very good communication skills with the ability to foster long-term relationships (with internal teams, external partners and other stakeholders)
- Fluent English skills
