We are looking for a Fund Accounting Specialist to join our Fees Team that’s part of the Fund Accounting Department within the Operations Division. We are a growing team with the global outreach, cooperating closely with our German and Luxembourg colleagues.

We are looking for a Fund Accounting Specialist to join our Fees Team that’s part of the Fund Accounting Department within the Operations Division. We are a growing team with the global outreach, cooperating closely with our German and Luxembourg colleagues.
Your areas of responsibility include:
- processing investment fund related invoices
- checking, processing and issuing payment instructions
- independently managing complaints and escalations of internal and external invoices as required
- centrally documenting invoice status in the invoice ledger
- archiving and researching relevant documents
- taking part in the automation and transformation projects
- coordinating with the custodians and billers as well as internal valuation teams
What you offer
The successful candidate will bring the following:
- experience in accounting, fund accounting experience is a plus
- good working knowledge of MS-Office, especially Excel
- fluent English, German language skills are a plus
- university degree in economic related areas preferred (banking, accounting, finance, business)
- being able to adapt to changing requirements
- good organizational skills, being able to work independently and as part of the team
- high client service orientation and attention to details
