For our Client, fund administration company, we are currently looking for Candidates to join new European office in Kraków.
We are looking for Candidates that will be responsible for managing NAV calculation process; development of relationship with clients, managing the team. More specifically, while working at the position of Manager, you will be responsible for development and improvement NAV calculations, reviewing workflows, improving procedures, managing the audit process. What is more, Manager will be also responsible for client’s initialisation and transition. In order to team management, while working at this role you will be involved in training and performance review.
Ideal Candidates have Legal or Finance degree and preferably ACCA/ CIMA/ CPA qualification. Excellent English language, analytical and interpersonal skills are required. Strong systems and products knowledge is also a must. At least 5 years’ experience in Hedge Fund Administration and experience in people management/ supervision is desirable. We are looking for Candidates with strong leadership skills and motivation to join newly created center.
