Your new role
As a member of company’s engineering team in the Research & Development Centre in Krakow, you will participate in the development of the company’s platform. You will help deliver the best solutions to copmany’s famous global customers and participate in the life of a growing and successful international software company. You will work with many cool technologies such as Java 8, Spring 4.x, ReactJS, MongoDB and ElasticSearch.
Responsibilities
• Developing software on a Java Technology Platform
• Thorough testing and verification of all developed components
• Lead the design of new features and new modules
• Ensure clean, modular and reusable code
• Producing supporting technical documents and accurate estimates
• Participating in code reviews

What you'll need to succeed
Must have
- Extensive Java development experience (Java 8, Spring, Hibernate)
- Experience of working with Relational and non- Relational Databases (SQL, Postgress, Elasticsearch)
- Very good knowledge of Frontend technologies (HTML 5.0, JavaScript, React, Redux)
- Be able to provide multiple technical solutions and discuss the pros and cons of different approaches
- Personal desire to be up to date with advancing technologies and interest in software architecture and development
- Very good understanding of data exchange and integration technologies using web services
- Demonstrate a "Can DO " approach
- Good verbal and written communication in English
- Team player attitude
Nice to have
- Agile methodologies experience, preferably SCRUM
- Experience of working in a TDD/BDD environment
- Practical experience with Amazon Web Services
