Due to expansion our Client is happy to welcome applicants with very good French language skills and they provide the IT service/system training needed (Citrix, Oracle or Websphere).

- Providing effective phone and email communication and professional relations with customers and co-workers
- Responding to queries and solving problems related to IT service desk (relevant training provided)
- Maintaining high quality of customer service
