Freight Operations Manager (m/f)
For our Clint, we are looking for Candidate who will be responsible for leading and developing customer service operations within freight in the Center of Excellence. The role will support all of the European activities on the carrier side. The complexity of the process around this role will be related to the support function of the acquisition of of carries.

Description
- Lead and develop customer service operations within freight in the Center of Excellence
- Build and run effective, scalable support operations for freight business line
- Full responsibility for process management
- Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to deliver a best solutions for freight business line
- Strong cooperation with internal and external stakeholders
- Lead a team of professionals who are responsible for activities related to selling shippers and carriers
Profile
- Minimum in 3 years of experience in Operations and Sales in the logistics sector
- Professional experience gained in international environment
- Min. 2 years of professional experience on a managerial position
- Freight experience is a must
- Significant experience in process improvement in a global organization
- Excellent written and verbal English skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel is a must
- Outstanding commitment, reliability, flexibility and ability to work in a team
- Independent and goal-oriented working style, ability to meet deadlines, prioritize work and handle pressure,
- High customer-orientation
- Excellent communication, partner to senior management
