For our Client, the American multi-channel retailer who established a Global Business Services Centre in Krakow in early 2016 and centralized processes such as IT, HR and Finance, we are looking for a person who will take the position of Fraud Analyst and be a part of newly created team.

On this position you will be responsible forcomplex research on anomalies in customer orders and accounts. You will work within the parameters of department guidelines while making decisions on risky transactions at a rate consistent with established department guidelines.
Attention to detail and accuracy are critical so legitimate customers are not impacted by the effort to prevent fraud. You need to able to fluently communicate in English and be proficient with Microsoft Excel. KYC/AML experience will be a strong asset. You should have ability to navigate quickly and multi task through systems and software.
Work on 2nd shift (14:00-22:00).
