Your new role The analyst is the functional expert/ system administrator for Mosaic, guaranteeing data integrity and providing the key interface between the different user groups (BIS, ESSA Mosaic Project Team, FP&A, Commercial Finance, Supply Chain finance, Sales and Demand Planning, activation and DMO). This role ensures the system is set up correctly for consolidation of Full P&L, enabling timely and correct reporting into SPOT.
 
You will play a key role in activities, such as:
  • Own the end-to-end administration of our Planning tools, Mosaic, for Benelux and Nordics;
  • Own the reconciliation of Mosaic and SAP,
  • Key User for Alteryx
  • Master Data management, timely and accurate creation of new products in the system in collaboration with DMO, managing customer and product hierarchies with all attributes;
  • Main point of contact with ESSA Mosaic Project Team, close collaboration regarding outstanding issues and technical enhancements, providing advice, transforming business needs into digital solutions;
  • Close collaboration with TM1 and Alteryx users regarding business needs, driving the change from ESSA perspective;
  • Govern all changes to system ensuring proper change controls and user acceptance testing is in place;
  • Run forecast cuts at month end and quarterly forecasts. Load overlays as necessary, liaising with Commercial FInance analyst and/or Sales Finance;
  • Provide ad-hoc support to Revenue and Planning teams, for example assistance with standard reporting and production of data books;
  • Own the end-to-end administration of the Business Intelligence (BI) reporting tool for Benelux Business Unit, including the suite of reporting; activities and units such as Mosaic adoption, streamlining Consolidation and harmonised system support;
  • Adapt reporting for flexible requirments and investigate automation opportunities;

What you need to succeed:
  • University degree in Economics or Finance;
  • 2+ years of experience in Finance;
  • Outstanding knowledge of SAP, TM1 / Cognos and Excel, Tableau and HFM is preferable;
  • Highly analytical skills needed;
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, strong ability to work in Excel;
  • Proficiency in English language
  • Good problem solving, analytical skills, ability to prioritize tasks
  • Eagerness to learn financial know-how and develop capabilities
  • Ease at working with stakeholders at different levels within the organization
  • Ability to work remotely within a virtual team with strict deadlines
