Currently we are looking for experienced leaderwho will take over a growing team in Krakow. This is a newly created position within a Finance Centre of Investment management company that enables setting up the process, building the team and growing in expanding business.
The position is based in the Securities Product Solutions team where you will have overview of the full process, including investor relations, contract management and implementation of fund structurestogether with on-boarding new clients. You will lead a team of analystsand be responsible for development & coaching, performance evaluation, day to day leadership tasks as well as recruitment of new team members. Additionally your responsibilities will include some project management & client relationship managementtasks including with interaction with external and internal stakeholders.
We are looking for a professional already experienced in team managementas well as presenting previous experience within banking / financial services, preferably gained in areas such as: compliance, contract management, fund administration or accounting, account opening or similar. You need to be fluent English speaker as well as present good German language skills. Very good communication skills, the ability to work with senior management as well as good time management skills are also required.
