Financial Controller
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to be involved in leading small controlling team and analysing profitability and allocating financial results between business lines.

Description
- lead a small team and develop its members
- carry out financial control on data provided by accounting
- prepare management accounts in accordance with IFRS
- prepare financial and regulatory reporting for the Group and Polish Authorities
- prepare financial reports and analysis for the local management and external stakeholders
- automatise reporting processes and engage in resolving data issues in accounting systems and data warehouse
- prepare financial plans, forecast and budgets, developing internal financial models
- report to CFO
Profile
- higher degree in economics (Finance, Accounting, Quantitative methods, etc)
- experience in a similar role - preferably in the financial sector
- expertise in area of controlling, management accounting and financial analysis
- knowledge of IFRS
- advance knowledge of MS Excel and MS Access
- very good command of English
- strong leadership
- satisfaction from work in a environment of rapid and significant changes
- dedication and determination to overcome encountered difficulties
- strong problem solving capabilities
- ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner
