Financial Controller (Real Estate)
For our Client, international and growing real estate company (developer and management) because of growth we are currently looking for proper candidate for Financial Controller position based in Warsaw city Center.
Client Details
Candidate will join new structure and will engage with creating new reporting and controlling tools, will have influence on data and recommendations.
Ideal position for candidate with 3-6 years of experience in real estate (management, development) but also in services companies.
This position is future Finance Manager position for the company.
Description
- Be proactive and contributive on overall cost control.
- Set up or improve controlling framework procedures and monitor the implementation.
- Develop operational & strategic business plans / forecasts/ budgets in close coordination with relevant departments; ; initiating corrective actions.
- Provides status of financial condition by collecting, interpreting, and reporting financial data.
- Manage timely and in professional form communication/reporting of financial and operational status of all projects with external investors, bond holders and partners
- Manage full banking reporting;
- Evaluate audit outputs, MDR, TP with chief accountant;
- Reporting, analysis and follow up the deviation between standard cost and real cost;
- Consolidate Group financials and be liaison between local operation and regional controlling team;
- Evaluate and follow up the investment/integration projects.
- Facilitate the enhancement of career paths, vision, mission with team members;
Profile
- Bachelor degree or above, Accounting or Finance management or relevant majors
- Preferred experience in real estate sector;
- Over 5 years of Finance and Controlling working experience
- Over 2 years of leadership experience
- Business oriented and structured, good numerical and analysis skill
- Be familiar with ERP system, controlling/Auditing & costing
- Independent working and problem solving skill, self-motivated
- Team working spirit and good interpersonal communication skills
- Fluent in excel;
- English proficiency is a must;
