Financial Analyst/Financial Controller
Candidate will participate in processes of Budgeting, planning and forecasting on standalone and consolidated level, Management and financial reporting on standalone and consolidated level, Financial modelling and analysis.

For our Client - energy sector oriented company we are currently looking for a candidate for a Financial Analyst/Financial Controller position. Due to a dynamic growth, the company has planned to expand its controlling department and look for a new talents. The candidate will work directly with Head of Corporate Finance and Controlling as well as with Director.
Description
- Weekly and monthly business reports
- Budgeting, planning and forecasting on standalone and consolidated level
- Management and financial reporting on standalone and consolidated level
- Financial modelling and analysis
- Risk management and internal control
- Reports / presentations required by financing banks (e.g. covenants reporting)
- Financing processes and developing optimal financing/capital structures
- Performing analyses and market researches
Profile
- Min. 2 years experience in similar position
- University degree
- Employee at this position is also required to have or to be in process of obtaining one of the following certifications in finance: ACCA, CFA, CIMA
- English proficiency
- Ability to develop and run detailed financial models in MS Excel and use them to track actual financials
- Analytical skills and general business knowledge allowing to interpret and modify operational data used as inputs to financial modelling
- Ability to perform valuation and return analysis for a project or enterprise using different methods and interpret the results
- Corporate Finance and Business planning skills
- General knowledge of Polish GAAP and IAS/IFRS, main tax principles, business and energy law
