Your new company
We are looking for an ambitious individual who will join to our Client, an international company located in Katowice to support further growth of centralized Finance department. As an AP Specialist you will be responsible for accounting activities within the Procure to Pay process in accordance with company accounting rules, available process documentation and supplier agreements.
Your new role
- Handle vendor master data requests
- Process incoming invoices / credit memos (PO and no-PO, intercompany)
- Support processing Travel Expenses
- Respond to vendor queries, payment reminders – keep the communication with vendors
- Reconcile AP balance sheet accounts and follow up on aged items
- Support team in other daily duties
- Identify potential process improvements.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in accounting, preferably in AP department will be an asset
- Very good knowledge of English and Russian (min B2 level) required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work in the team
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to details
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Ability to work under pressure and toward deadlines.
