For our client, a company in the facility management industry, I am looking for a person who is ready to take up a new position in the area of finance
Description
- Define Finance Processes and Tax vision and strategy for Poland & Baltics
- Establish efficient processes: Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Work to Wage, Record to Report
- Execute recording and reporting of transactional transactions according to Group guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Responsibility for compliance with local regulations and reporting requirements
- Ensure local tax compliance based on the Group Tax Policy and Tax frameworks
- Cooperation with external institutions (Tax office, ZUS, GUS, banks etc) and statutory auditors
- Manage finance processes and tax team
- Support Financial Transformation as defined by the Group Finance
Profile
- Strong accounting skills
- Strong process understanding/skill set
- Optimization/automation mindset
- Change management
- Good understanding of business and customer needs
- Practical knowledge in Tax regulations, compliance and management
- Experience in Chief Accountant of Finance Manager role, preferably in Facility Management or in services
- Experience in ERP systems, preferably Navision
- Strong leadership profile with hands-on approach when needed
- Ability to learn and adapt to a change
- Very good English language
