Client Details
For our client, we are looking for an ambitious Finance Manager to lead their Polish Finance team. You have 4-5 years of experience from relevant roles, are ready to both deliverer timely and accurate management accounting to business stakeholders and be responsible for the annual report and audit process. You have a great drive and willingness to collaborate with Group Finance.
Description
- communicating and ensuring implementation of Group Finance processes in Poland
- being in close contact with the business as a business partner
- leading and developing the Polish Finance team
- being responsible for the annual report and audit process
- being responsible for the transfer pricing documentation in Poland
- being responsible for global mobility matters
- being responsible for payrolling and make sure all personal income taxes is accounted for correctly
- work close together with administrative departments within the company and the Group
Profile
- a natural leader
- 4-5 years or more of experience from relevant roles
- a flair and natural interest in IFRS, transfer pricing, corporate control environments and taxes
- a master's degree in Accounting and Controls or similar with strong academic accolades
- able to communicate excellently in English, both verbally and in writing
