For one of our Clients, an international company, we’re currently looking for Finance Manager.

Location: Poznań (around)


Responsibilities:
 - Managing the company's administration and accounting tasks, ensuring compliance with accounting, tax and labour regulations.
- Preparing management reports for the company's Management Committee.
- Preparing year-end accounts and financial reports so that the consolidated financial statements of the Group to which the company belongs can be drawn up.
- Leading and managing a team reporting directly to the position.
- Member of the company's Management Committee in Poznan.

 Profile:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Economics.
- At least four years of experience in economic-financial management and/or management control.
Experience in an international auditing firm would also be an asset.

- Good command of computer applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of COMARCH would be an asset.
- Perfect command of English and/or Spanish.
 - Global business vision. An understanding of the dynamics and business processes of a company, beyond the financial role.
