Description
Main tasks:
- providing financial report and interpret financial information to management recommending further courses of action,
- advising on investment activities and providing strategies that the company should take,
- maintaining the financial flow of the organization,
- analyzing costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company's actual performance compared to the business plans,
- developing trends and projections for the company's finances,
- conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities,
- overseeing operations of the finance department, setting goals and objectives, designing frameworks for these to be met,
- managing the preparation of the company's budget,
- ensuring that appropriate monitoring of the company's finances is maintained, corresponding with other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken.
Profile
Competence requirements:
- Master's degree studies in finance and accounting, economics or management,
- several years of experience preferably in an international environment,
- extensive knowledge of tax law, balance sheet, foreign exchange law,
- knowledge of accounting, auditing, controlling and popular accounting programs,
- knowledge of international accounting standards.
