Finance Controller
Candidate will be responsible for all aspects of managerial, financial and bank reporting of a group of entities as well as all aspects of financial controlling of the SPVs assigned for. She/he will report directly to Investors and CFO.
It is an ideal role for a candidate with min 3 years of experience in a real estate team on a similar position or in an audit company (preferably BIG 4).

For an our Client, a real estate company, currently we are looking for candidate for a Finance Controller role based in Warsaw.
Description
- Preparation of the Group's monthly and quarterly management accounts
- Reporting to the Group investors
- Monitoring the performance of the Group on a standalone and consolidated basis
- Budgeting and forecasting of the Group and the Group's SPVs
- Participation in the Group's year-end close process
- Consolidation of Financial Statements
- Preparation of investment analysis, support for Investment Team
- Preparation of the ad-hoc financial statements
- Project management in the area of finance and accounting
Profile
- Total experience of min. 3 years in a real estate team on a similar position or in an audit company (preferably Big Four)
- Analytical skills and experience in managerial and financial reporting including consolidation
- Perfect command of English
- Excellent working knowledge of Excel, Word and Power Point
- The candidate should be energetic, enthusiastic, proactive and reliable, self-starter, should be able to deliver tasks independently however based on information gathered by cooperation with other team members
- Ready to work under time constraints
