As Finance Application Administrator, you will be part of the Finance EMEA’s Regional Support team and report to the Manager Finance Regional Support.


Key tasks and responsibilities:

- Key user of one or more common finance application, main one is SAP FI/CO.
- First line support to resolve application topics
- Be the network into second and third line support organization
- Participate in implementation projects of new organizations, processes and systems
- Support in roll-out of new releases - testing, evaluation and modification of local procedures
- Work together with process managers to perform process and system evaluations to improve business operations
- Support audits (tax, accounting, SICS, government)
- Application maintenance, support and master data mgmt. System specific, such as:
- Monthly closing of various modules within the systems
- Perform daily correction of errors
- Create standard web queries for recurring use at organization level
- Contributor in spreading knowledge about our standardized process and thereby contact with global Finance Training Academy

Requirements:
- 3-5 years of university studies within Finance, Business administration or Computer science
- 2+ years hands on experience with Financial applications as administrator
- Understanding of Finance processes, process development and improvement
- Experience in Financial applications
- Great written and oral skills in English
- Strong analytical and PC (Microsoft Excel) skills
