As Finance and Accounting Process Junior Specialist you will be in charge of delivering high quality, professional and proactive day to day service to Client and Vendors, managing payment proposals and processing payment run, verification and reconciliation the financial accounts, contacting vendors concerning unpaid invoices, correct and timely reporting, correct and timely processing of financial and accounting data. Responsibilities:
- Project Controlling and Project Accounting by dealing with projects on each step of their development.
- Perform daily tasks like registering invoices, analyzing financial documents.
- Customer service by contacting clients and recovering funds that are past due.
- Payments by dealing with incoming and outgoing payments.
- Maintain database.
