On behalf of our Client, BPO Centre in Łódź, we are currently looking for a person to hold the position of Finance & Accounting Country Coordinator with Romanian.
Your new role
Holding this position your main responsibility will be you will be working in a highly international and challenging environment providing information support to the suppliers, clients and employees worldwide. Your tasks will include performs a weekly issue log, managing escalations received from local business unit and managing them until resolution, helping in process improvements and standardizations and preparing analysis of non-quality escalations. You will be also involved in people-management duties, especially concerning work of entry-level specialists. Moreover, you will be performing reviews, receiving and providing feedback from/to the team, reviewing weekly objectives achievements, etc. Your scope of duties will also include ensuring all processes documentation is up to date and defining processes with the Client.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you need previous experience in a similar role that required managing team and customers, as well as bachelor degree (ideally in finance and accounting). Excellent communication skills and ability to multi-task, prioritize work and manage time based on business needs are essential. Moreover, our Client appreciates advanced problem solving and resolution skills to include when to escalate and identify trends. Fluency in English and Romanian are required.
