finance & accounting process analyst Norwegian speaker

Our Client is one of the first and the biggest outsourcing center in Poland providing services in 28 different languages in the areas of: finance, HR, accounting, banking, procurement, customer care and marketing services.

Currently, for our Client’s we are looking for candidates on the position of:

Main responsibilities:

• interact with the Client and it’s vendors on a daily basis, work at resolving Accounts Payable and Travel & Expense queries
• handling inbound and outbound calls, e-mails, faxes, and letters from employees, vendors, customers and approved third parties
• analyzing root causes of problems related to Accounts Payable and Travel & Expense postings
• maintaining good relationship and collaborating with other departments and centres in order to resolve the issues effectively

Candidate's profile:

• fluent knowledge of Norwegian
• good knowledge of English
• good analytical skills
• good knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel
• attention to details
