With our Client, an investment companywhich significantly expands its business on international markets, we are creating new structures, located in the heart of Cracow. We are looking for Facility Managerwho will take responsibility ofensuring management and support of internal processes within Company Group.
On this position you will be responsible for space and occupancy planningwithin the areas rented by the company (High5 buildings), office management as well as control and monitoring of on-boarding processes for employees. You will take responsibility for project management related to implementation of Meeting Room Booking Software in all company offices (Cracow, Frankfurt, Luxembourg) and you will cooperate closely with business partners. You will coordinate and implement tasks in connection with occupational health and safety.
We are looking for experienced Facility Managerwith fluent business English. The good Candidate should presents excellent organisational skills, project management skillsand ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks with high attention to detail with open minded and proactive mindset.
Our Client offers opportunity to take a part in building new structures of finance centre in Cracow as well as both personal and professional training opportunities and promote the individual strengths of each individual. The offer includes training period in Frankfurt.
