Export Assistant for CEE Region
Role of that person is to smooth the communication between different parties by providing back office support for the International Sales department. By that we understand: materializing internal communication, consolidating internal and external data (e.g.: summary of orders, reports about Clients) and day-to-day response for current requests of sales force.

Due to their growing operations in the region there is a vacancy open for an Export Assistant for Central and Eastern Europe, located in Bielsko-Biała City.
Description
- To write administrative and commercial mails from the indications of Country Sales Manager and Territory Sales Managers,
- Being capable of sending and following the various sales offers to the prospects and to the customers,
- Once the order is passed by the customer: be capable of verifying the prices, the logistic conditions, the characteristics of the products,
- To communicate with the customers and the prospects in Polish, Czech and English, spoken and written,
- To translate marketing tools to Czech,
- Be capable of leading a local market study from the indications of the Country Sales Manager.
Profile
- Higher educational degree,
- Very good command of Czech, Polish and English language, both spoken and written,
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint),
- Great communication skills, also virtually,
- Strong organizational and time-management skills,
- Ability to work independently,
- Willingness to work with international internal stakeholders.
