Executive Assistant

For our Client, an international company located in Kraków, we are looking for Executive Assistant.

Within this position you will be responsible for Business Management activities such as coordination of internal documentation (presentations, meeting preparations), reviewing of monthly financial reporting, preparation of board meetings, managing formal communication and support in local projects and events. You will be supporting travel arrangements to Country Head, Head of HR and Head of Operations, scheduling meetings and managing their calendars. Your duties will also include supporting other office activities, coordinating vendors, internal communication and supporting employees.

We are looking for Candidates with fluent English, knowledge of German will be an asset. Several years of experience on a similar position is also required. An ideal Candidate should have very good interpersonal, communication and time management skills.
