Our Client is a part of the world's most international businesses from the FMCG sector, with brands sold in more than 200 markets around the world.
Currently, for our Client, we are looking for a End User Computing - Senior Manager in Warsaw.
TYPICAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Deliver new and enhance existing End User Computing Experience for BAT systems and solutions to be smooth and frictionless across the entire technology stack
- Identifies innovation opportunities and drives, pilots innovative solutions
- Bring full Digital workspace into an organization
- Upon successful completion of pilot, assists with the development of project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Engages actively with suppliers and BAT functions to develop a solution which can be operated cost efficiently
SKILLS and EXPERIENCE
- A technical person at heart who has a keen interest in latest technologies and how they can help BAT to deliver its targets, this includes gadgets as well as backend technology options.
- A passion for improving user experience and efficiency, i.e. to make things simpler, faster, easier to use with data and reports that are easily accessible, whether it be with gadgets, applications or mobile.
- Experience with the modern concepts of Connected Employee / Connected Consumers
- Proven experience of creating and enhancing EUC UX within Enterprise/Large Scale organizations
- Has an engaging personality and is a great team player
- 7-10 years’ experience in a similar role or similar E2E UI/UX
- Experience working in agile projects and a cost-conscious approach
- Very good understanding of Office 365 ecosystem
