EMEA HR Project Manager

The EMEA HR Project Manager will support regional activities - performance management cycle to include objective setting, merit review, bonus approvals and talent management agenda and process. The chosen Candidate will be responsible for the headcount tracking as well as establishing and tracking HR metrics. Other area of competence will be crucial for the recruitment activities with focus on process flow monitoring and stakeholder management.

Our Client is a global company which specialises in production and sales and of high-quality ceramics, refractory materials and control systems for industries. SSC is located in Cracow.

Description

  • Reporting to the HRD EMEA, operate as an experienced HR Project Manager supporting the EMEA region (30+ countries)
  • Deliver projects in line with the strategic HR plan and operational priorities arising from both the regional level and corporate programmes
  • Projects/activities include the following:
    - Full engagement in the performance management cycle, to include objective setting, merit review, bonus approvals and talent management agenda and process
    - Headcount tracking and management
    - Tracking of engagement activities across the region (supporting outputs from the i-engage process)
    - Establish and track HR metrics across the region to support business decision making
    - Support recruitment activities with process flow monitoring and engagement with stakeholders involved in the recruitment process
    - Ensure and maintain integrity of the HR database (Success Factors), updating as necessary
    - Ensure accuracy, reporting and auditing of Success Factors
    - Support compensation benchmarking activities
    - Liaise with other country and regionally based HR colleagues across all the Business Units and functional operations

Profile

  • Core HR skills/knowledge
  • Graduate calibre with minimum 5 years of experience in human resources
  • Broad project management experience gained within a complex organization, alongside practical experience of supporting a culture of continuous improvement and high levels of performance
  • Comfortable with data analysis and reporting
  • Ability to critically analyse status quo and propose creative solutions
  • Self starter, strong drive and results orientation
  • Highly organized, adaptable and comfortable with a high volume of work, multiple priorities and supporting a broad range of stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills, able to communicate at all levels
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken
  • Willing to travel 30% of the time, on occasion internationally
  • Experience in HRIS essential, with Success Factors highly desirable
