E-commerce Specialist
We are looking to recruit an experienced E-commerce Specialist to manage our Client's makeup brand online sales activities.
Client Details
Our Client is a global producer of prestige beauty products, with a diverse portfolio of well-recognized brands. They pride themselves with exceptional quality of the products, creativity and innovation. The company distributes its products through retailers, e-retailers, as well as their own online shops. Currently, for one of our Client's makeup brands, we are looking to recruit an experienced E-commerce Specalist to manage the brand's online sales activities.
Description
- Sales targets achievement.
- Online marketing activities aimed at increasing relevant traffic and sales conversions using paid search, display, programmatic, newsletters, affiliate campaigns and other traffic and sales driving activities.
- Update of the brand's online sales & marketing calendar for brand site, including product launch activation dates and all promotional activities.
- Coordinating the implementation of promotional campaigns to achieve the sales targets and return on investment. This includes language translations, landing pages and delivery of all campaign assets on time, according to budget and high quality standards.
- Coordinating social media campaigns with Social Media Coordinator and makes sure that social media marketing activities are aligned with overall digital marketing campaigns plan.
- Focusing on e-mail marketing and coordinating creation and deployment (testing) with the Agency (keeping deadlines according to marketing calendar). Performing analysis with the Agency to increase sales and performance of newsletters.
- Creating reports to analyze marketing results. Runs analysis of sales, traffic and conversion.
- Website maintenance and refreshes in cooperation with the Agency, tests and audits of the website on a daily basis.
Profile
- 1-2 years of experience in coordinating e-commerce business
- Excellent English and Polish knowledge
- Goal orientation and pro-active
- Down to earth and open mind
- Strong analytical skills
- Enthusiasm to digital marketing
